Prayer Intentions

About Prayer Intentions
Prayer, the lifting of the mind and heart to God, allows us to bring our thanks, our petitions, and our sorrow before our Lord.

Christ himself encouraged us to pray together: “For wherever two or more are gathered together in my name, there I am in the midst of them” (Matt.18:20).

  • For our Bishop, Luis Raphael Zarama. That he is reminded that his flock is behind him, supporting him, and here for him. That he feels the love of his flock. That he feels the embrace of the blessed Virgin Mary. That he feels the guiding hand of St. Joseph, the worker, as he leads the diocese and nourishes the faithful spiritually and he can hear the Holy Ghost and discern His Good Will
  • For the men of RADIX, that they continue their quest to lead their families to God. That they find more time to spend with their families. That they are able to continue to guide and protect their families from the snares of the enemy.
  • For revival and renewal of the love for the Sacred liturgy and the removal of all impediments to that Sacred Liturgy.
  • For the intentions of Father Michael Mary, from the Transalpine Redemptorists, that he finds his way to the US safely, and that his efforts to save souls continues and is abundant.
  • For our sister in Christ Teresa, who is suffering from a long term sickness and is desperate for recovery. She needs rest from good, healthy sleep which is difficult. Teresa also suffers from pressure, heaviness and weakness in her Lungs. Let's pray for Teresa to recover the ability to get through the night so that she is revitalized.    Please pray for her protection.
  • For our country, we pray our leaders are guided by truth and justice and have the courage to stand up for the truth and somehow find the humility to govern our nation with great respect for the dignity of man both born and unborn.
  • For the pursuit of holy matrimony, pursuit of community, pursuit of living prudently and balance, for the support of our career and educational pursuits, for a growth in virtue.
